This grade II listed rectory in the Cotswolds had been neglected and with ugly extensions it was no longer gracious, nor the comfortable family home that was needed. New bathrooms, kitchen and boot room and an extension to form a simple garden room were added, the front porch replaced with a stone canopy and the old stable and  coachhouse converted to provide a cottage for staff or guests.
