This grade II listed  farm was derelict and subject to a planning enforcement order when our client purchased it. For the first phase we repaired the farmhouse, rebuilt the partially demolished barns with a new Oak roof and frame, and built an extension to link the house and barns. The second phase included indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a new office in the style of a dovecote and garages.
